Jamie built his career in Treasury with Citigroup. Prior to setting up Optimus, Jamie was a Director at TMF. He was awarded Fellowship of the Chartered Securities Institute in 2005. For the past 10 years Jamie has helped candidates secure exciting new roles within all key Fiduciary arenas.

In his spare time, Jamie relishes spending time with his children and also thoroughly enjoys Classic Car and Track Days.

Jamie has been instrumental in providing financial support to Optimus Jersey Banks Rugby Club, Jersey’s oldest Rugby Club and sponsors two of the Jersey Rowing Club boats.

Rob Duarte

Rob has 25 years’ finance sector experience gained in New York, London and Jersey in Business Development roles across Funds, Banking, Hedge Funds and Executive Recruitment. He has a wide breadth of experience and strong existing relationships with a broad range of clients.

Outside of the office, Rob enjoys participating in numerous sports, coaching athletics and spending time with family.

Rob is excited to bring his experience and relationship building skills to the Optimus team and is looking forward to working closely with our candidates and clients.

Gina Broadhead

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Gina is a professionally qualified recruitment practitioner with extensive experience in the industry focusing on all areas of financial services including accounting, trust, funds, banking and IT.

Born and educated in Jersey, Gina initially worked as an Executive Assistant in the telecommunications industry where she gained experience in the technical and commercial sector before moving to recruitment in 2010.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys yoga, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Recruitment Administrator & Office Manager

Hayley has over a decade of experience in the financial services sector having worked primarily in Trust and Legal Administration. With exceptional customer service and organisational skills, Hayley ensures a seamless interface between candidates and clients. As the welcoming face of our office, she creates a warm and inviting environment for visitors.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys wholesome weekends drinking matcha lattes and laughing with loved ones. And when she's not in the gym, you can find her working on home DIY projects with her fiancée.
