Vacancy - details    Job Title Standing Data Administrator  Details Key Responsibilities- Monitor all account opening requests across CI & IOM for completeness as per company requirements Dispatch BDT account opening spreadsheets to the Central Teams in accordance with their account opening requirements Dispatch new account opening requests to Maos in accordance with their account setup requirements Ensure complete and accurate input of set up data into the Midas system in accordance with the information received Maintain client information database Monitor and control receipt of all confirmations from the Central Team relating to account opening, amendment and closure instructions Liaise directly with internal departments and the Central Team to ensure all account opening information is processed in a timely and efficient manner Maintain and monitor a record of all account opening queries to ensure an efficient and timely process is undertaken Adhere to compliance, credit, operational and key control processes and regulatory requirements Support and assist, when asked, with any other Standing Data related responsibilities that may be assigned Qualifications and Experience- Some experience in a securities / custody environment with client contact being of benefit Minimum 3 – 4 years experience in the securities / custody environment is desirable Know how to navigate and inquire on BDT Custody Securities platform systems, Neolink, MTS, Cerise, Maos and Midas Computer literacy across a variety of common applications, including Lotusnotes, Word, Excel The ability to demonstrate a good understanding of the compliance and regulatory regime within which the company operates  Duration (weeks) 4.00  Rate (ph) Negotiable        Hours/Week 37.5        Job Type Temporary  Sector Banking      Location Jersey
