 Job Title Infrastructure Analyst –Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA)

 Details The role holder will be responsible for managing and maintaining Infrastructure services across the Offshore Group used by PWM and Trust and Security Services (TSS) in multiple locations (including Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, Dublin and Mauritius). They will have a strong technical background with a proven track record of providing solutions on multiple platforms.

Responsibilities include-
Delivering technical solutions across geographically diverse locations
Providing second and third level support for the various platforms
Ensuring products and systems are compliant with Group security standards and policies, acting as the local Officer
Managing relationships with providers and clients
Co-ordinating with internal departments to ensure deliverable targets are met
Communicating and co-ordinating portfolio related activities across the various Information Technology (IT) teams (Infrastructure, Development and Product Management)
Providing input to budgets, tracking and reporting on budget spend for Services
Creating and maintaining product records within the Bank applications
Ensure compliance with regulatory and Bank standards/ requirements and control/audit requirements
Managing Audit Liaison on behalf of multiple locations, providing local Audit expertise and support
Responsible for planning and controlling Disaster Recovery Tests across multiple locations
Providing clear and concise reporting to both local and Group Management
Manage delivery to scope, budget and quality
Manage escalation and resolution of critical/ crisis situations in production environment
Support control and quality management

Knowledge/experience required-
Previous experience in Infrastructure services including Windows server, Voice and Data Networking, Windows Desktop
Strong knowledge for Citrix Server, Enterprise Database solutions and/or UNIX
Previous experience in outsourcing and/or Vendor/ Supplier Management experience
Previous experience of contributing to geographically diverse technical team
Strong track record of delivering technical solutions, on time and on budget
Strong and disciplined documentation skills
Project Management experience
Good Understanding of Private Banking/Wealth Management, Custody and Fiduciary, Corporate and Trust business/ processes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
