 Job Title Private Client Trust Director

 Details The Client Director will be responsible for their own portfolio of clients and business development, as well as management of an administration team.

PRINCIPAL RESPOSIBILITIES:
Assisting the Executive Directors with the management of the company;
To head up a designated team of administration staff;
Planning, budgeting and scheduling work within the team for portfolio of clients;
Responsibility for risk management from a staffing, client and procedural perspective;
Developing relationships with clients, intermediaries, prospective clients, other professional advisers, bankers and investment advisers;
Travelling to visit existing and prospective clients, other professional firms, companies or intermediaries as required;
Liaising with investment advisers, bankers, lawyers, accountants and other third parties regarding client affairs as necessary;
Supervision of investment reports, analyses etc prior to submission to clients;
Developing new products and implementing changes;
Maintaining a wide knowledge and understanding of international business matters;
Assisting in staff management including welfare, performance assessment, appraisals, training and development;
Managing work in progress, client billing and recovery;
Providing members of staff with technical support;
Acting as director of client entities as required;
Acting as “A” signatory in respect of client affairs;
Undertaking other “ad hoc” duties as required;
Ensuring company’s procedures are implemented and standards met.
